We are a registered NDIS Specialist Behaviour Support provider offering Behaviour Support Plans, NDIS recommendation reports, Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA), counselling, psycho education, implementation support and ongoing coaching for children, teens, adults and key stakeholders (teachers, therapists, parents, support workers and extended family).
Our behaviour support practitioners, with a strong Psychology background, support participants with autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, mental health conditions and complex behaviours of concern, including aggression, self-injury, property damage, absconding and behaviours requiring regulated restrictive practices. Our services include Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans, behaviour assessments, data collection and analysis, and tailored counselling, psychoeducation, training and coaching for staff and families to reduce and phase out restrictive practices over time.
Compassionate, evidence-based support is provided in homes, schools, SIL and Group Homes, day programs and community settings, with flexible after-hours and telehealth options to suit busy families and support teams. Message from our team
"Our team is dedicated to improving the lives of every client and family we work with. Through Positive Behaviour Support, we strive to empower individuals to develop meaningful skills, foster greater independence, build stronger relationships, and experience more confidence in everyday life."
We recognise that behaviours of concern can quietly shape daily life—impacting confidence, relationships, learning, and family wellbeing—and that this experience can feel exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming at times. We also understand that every person’s situation is different, so we consider age, diagnosis, culture, and individual history to create the right environment and tailored supports that help each person move from merely “getting by” to truly thriving.
Our approach transforms challenges into opportunities—reducing behaviours of concern, enhancing wellbeing, and supporting each person to reach their unique potential. We are deeply committed to guiding our work with empathy, professionalism, and a passion for real, lasting change.
Together, we can build a pathway to safety, hope, and a brighter future.
